This page explains what happens to your information when you join the Pocket Pixel waitlist or buy a Pocket Pixel. Pocket Pixel is made by one person (Yuan, @chiusday.art, Singapore), not a company. Yuan is the person responsible for your data and can be reached at yuantchiu@gmail.com.
To take your payment, build your keychain, deliver it, contact you about your order (by email, Instagram or phone) and support you afterwards, plus keeping the records tax rules require. I only message you about your order. I don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
These services may store data outside Singapore. If you order from outside Singapore, your information is handled in Singapore and by these services.
Order details are kept until your order is delivered and any support or refund questions are settled. Payment and accounting records are kept for 5 years, which is what Singapore tax rules ask for. After that they are deleted. You can ask me to delete your contact details sooner, except for records I must keep.
You should be an adult to buy. I don't knowingly collect information from children. If something goes wrong with your data that is likely to cause you serious harm, I'll tell you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as the law asks.
No cookies, analytics, ad trackers, or session recording run on this site.
Solely to hold your place on the waitlist and to email you when the next batch is ready. Your name, if given, personalizes that email.
Your submission passes through a Cloudflare Worker (which only relays the request) into a Google Sheet that only Yuan can access. It isn't sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything beyond this waitlist.
Until the batch you're waiting for ships, or until you ask for it to be deleted — whichever comes first.
